What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product. Plush toys start at 500 pieces, wooden toys at 300 pieces, and outdoor toys at 200 pieces. Custom moulds typically require a 10,000-piece commitment to amortise tooling.

Can I get a sample before placing a production order?

Yes. We produce a pre-production sample in 7–10 days for most lines. Sample cost is refundable against your first production order.

What are your standard payment terms?

30% T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy for new customers. L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 50,000.

How long does production take from PO to ex-factory?

30–45 days for plush and wooden toys after sample approval. Exact lead time depends on quantity, packaging complexity, and mould modifications.

What compliance documentation do you provide?

Test reports from SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas (EN71, ASTM F963, CE, CPSIA, ISO 8124), Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, commercial invoice, and packing list.

Can I visit the factory before placing my first order?

Absolutely. Email sales@sunbright-toys.com with two or three preferred dates and we will arrange pickup from Shenzhen Bao’an Airport.
