Stitching, stuffing and finishing
Four dedicated plush lines, 180 sewing machines, automated fibre filling and a 12-person hand-finishing team handle everything from 8 cm keyrings to 120 cm character plush.
Sunbright Toys is a vertically integrated B2B manufacturer in Dongguan, China. We help wholesalers, importers and private-label brands launch compliant, profitable toy lines — from concept sketch to sealed carton, all under one roof.
Founded in 2006 by engineer Wei Zhang, Sunbright Toys began as a 30-person plush workshop on the outskirts of Dongguan. Eighteen years and three factory expansions later, we operate twelve production lines spanning plush, plastic injection, electronics assembly, and wooden toys — supported by an in-house mould workshop, a certified QC lab, and a 28,000 m² campus that runs on solar-augmented power.
Our promise to every buyer is simple: every product we ship meets the safety standards of the country it enters, and every order is backed by a named account manager who answers within four business hours. That is why more than 200 brands, retailers and licensing partners have stayed with us for over a decade.
We welcome buyer audits at any stage. Below is a walkthrough of our four key production zones, each with its own quality control checkpoint.

We invest roughly 4% of revenue into training each year, with every operator certified on the safety standard relevant to their workstation. That is why our average production-floor tenure is 6.4 years and our annual staff turnover stays under 8%.
