Founded in 2006 by engineer Wei Zhang, Sunbright Toys began as a 30-person plush workshop on the outskirts of Dongguan. Eighteen years and three factory expansions later, we operate twelve production lines spanning plush, plastic injection, electronics assembly, and wooden toys — supported by an in-house mould workshop, a certified QC lab, and a 28,000 m² campus that runs on solar-augmented power.

Stitching, stuffing and finishing

Four dedicated plush lines, 180 sewing machines, automated fibre filling and a 12-person hand-finishing team handle everything from 8 cm keyrings to 120 cm character plush.

Zone 02 · Plastic & Educational

Injection, assembly and electronics

Six injection moulding machines, two SMT lines for sound and light modules, and a cleanroom for paint and pad-printing. Ideal for STEM kits, role-play sets and licensed figures.

Zone 03 · Quality Lab

Safety, durability and chemistry testing

CNAS-accredited in-house lab runs tensile, drop, bite, flammability and 19-parameter migration tests. Annual third-party audits by SGS, BV and Intertek keep every standard current.

Retail-ready packing and global shipping

FSC-certified carton line, barcode and EAN printing, and a 6,000-pallet warehouse with on-site customs brokerage. We ship FOB, CIF and DDP to 40+ ports worldwide.

Wei Zhang opens a 30-person plush workshop with the first export order to a German importer.

Our 420-person team is organised into five cross-functional pods: design and product development, mould engineering, production, quality, and export sales. Every international buyer is paired with a dedicated account manager and a back-up — no call-centre hand-offs, no language barrier surprises.
