Behind the Scenes: Inside Our Sewing Workshop
A look at how our 8 sewing lines turn fabric and fiber into a finished plush toy ready for shipment.
**The flow:**
1. **Cutting room.** Fabric is laid in 30-layer stacks, and a computer-controlled cutter slices 30 toys at a time. Tolerance: ±2 mm.
2. **Embroidery & printing.** Eyes, noses, and decorative elements are embroidered using 12-head machines. Each design is QA'd against a reference sample.
3. **Sewing.** Each piece is sewn, overlocked, and backstitched at high stress points. Reinforcement at seam junctions is standard.
4. **Stuffing.** PP cotton or recycled fiber fill is loaded by weight (not volume) for consistency.
5. **Finishing.** Hand-attached accessories (bows, scarves), QC inspection, and metal detection.
6. **Packaging.** Folded into poly bags, placed in inner boxes, and packed into export cartons with your custom retail packaging.
A typical plush bear takes 28 minutes from cut to packed. Our daily output is 8,000–10,000 finished toys across the sewing floor.
**What we are proud of:** zero lost-time incidents in 2024. We are a Sedex SMETA-audited facility, and worker welfare is treated as a production input, not an afterthought.
