Where can I get a copy of the certifications you mention?
We provide EN71, ASTM F963, CE, CPSIA, and ISO 8124 test reports from accredited labs (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) with every shipment. Request the latest version of any certificate by emailing sales@sunbright-toys.com.
Do you offer free samples before I commit to a production order?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample in 7–10 days for most lines. Sample costs are refundable against your first purchase order. We pay return shipping for samples of the buyer’s freight.
What is the typical lead time from PO to ex-factory?
30–45 days for plush and wooden toys after sample approval. The exact lead time depends on quantity, packaging complexity, and whether mould modifications are required.
Can I customise the materials and packaging?
Yes. Colour matching is available from 3,000 pcs. Custom logo and packaging are available from 1,000 pcs for most lines. Mould modifications require a larger commitment and tooling amortisation.
What payment terms and shipping options do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with balance against B/L copy. We ship FOB Shenzhen by default, with EXW, CIF, and DDP options available on request.
